🌿✨Romaine Raspberry Smoothie💪

Hi everyone, today I'm going to show you how to make a delicious and healthy green smoothie with almond milk, raspberries, bananas, spinach, romaine lettuce, and mint. This smoothie is refreshing, tasty, and packed with nutrients. 


Smoothie Recipe:

  • Just add 1 cup of almond milk (or other nut milk, or add 1/4 cup of almonds and blend with water first) 
  • 1.5 cups of frozen raspberries 
  • 2 bananas (fresh or frozen) 
  • 1 cup of spinach 
  • 1 cup of romaine lettuce (or 2 cups of total mild greens of any combination), 
  • 1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves 
  • and some ice to a blender 

Blend until smooth and adjust the consistency with more almond milk or water as needed. 

Enjoy this refreshing and tasty green smoothie!
